What?
We provide multi-disciplined technical and non-technical resources which can be individuals and/or supervised teams. RLA hires W2 employees and utilizes multiple industry leading operational processes to yield high retention rates thus minimizing disruptions to client needs.
Where?
We provide our MSP service across the US nationally. We provide resources onsite at the client's facilities, remotely and/or hybrid work environment.
Duration?
Our resources can support both long- and short-term client needs indefinitely, supporting a client with no requirements for a break in service.
Structure?
We provide two dedicated managers per client account.
- Account Manager: Responsible for overall B2B performance, contracts and escalations.
- Operations Manager: Responsible for managing the employees to meet the client's daily needs.
Cost?
We negotiate a bill rate in an SOW/contract per engagement.
